  A Good Shout is a high-impact heavy bow which as a subfamily are rated A-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic as having very high potential ceiling for damage rotations with refill perks. The frame intrinsic provides a ×0.8 accuracy cone size and ×0.83 accuracy cone growth when stationary or moving less than 2.8m/s - crouch walking speed - as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are excellent by comparison with its peers - you can see at https://d2foundry.gg/w/649691506 how the weapon stats impact in-game performance. Use the rail perk to boost Handling, for faster swaps, and the bolt perk to improve damage. For sustained boss damage, you'll need a special weapon that does damage over time so you can proc Envious Arsenal to refill a bolt from reserves by swapping between this and your primary/ second special weapon - see Llama's video https://youtu.be/sbOB2lOd-g0 for the DPS build. For damage, High Ground either provides ×1.25 damage for your feet being 2m or more higher than an enemy's lowest point, or up to ×3 stacks of escalating damage on kills for a max of ×1.25. Because you can retrieve your bolts from the target, you should have no problems with ammo, making sustained damage easier. You've got a choice of origin traits. You might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window. Otherwise there's Problem Solver, which is very good for PvE when facing yellow bars - 3 hits will apply Exhaust to an enemy, reducing damage output to ×0.9 for a refreshable 5s and grant +50 to Reload Speed and Handling for 10s (12s enhanced) - both effects are also refreshable. There's also Vanguard Vindication which provides up to ×3 stacks on kills within 20s of using a class ability that reduces incoming damage to a max ×0.94 for a refreshable 10s (12.5s enhanced). Recommended MW: Handling or Stability, with your preferred choice of mod to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.
