The stats are decent by comparison with its peers - you can see them at https://destiny.report/w/4147428506/eyes-unveiled and hopefully https://d2foundry.gg/w/4147428506 will show how weapon stats impact in-game performance when the site is back up and running. With precision frames, you need to worry less about recoil control so look to improve Handling or maybe Stability. As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced Battery gets you to the max 7 shots. For sustained boss damage, in the first trait perk column, Fourth Time's the Charm generates 2 shots from thin air after 4 crits within 2s (3s when enhanced) of each other - that's 10 shots from a battery of 6, or 11 from a battery of 7, with 4 of them free. Less ammo efficient, but also good is Overflow which refills the battery and boosts its capacity to ×2 of base (×2.2 when enhanced), rounded up, on picking up an ammo brick. In the second column, for damage on a Prismatic build, Elemental Honing grants an escalating stack of damage up to an max ×1.35 for 20s (23s when enhanced) for each elemental damage type inflicted, which can be refreshed with a new damage type until you've run through all 5. The Heretical Behaviour origin trait is excellent for boss damage, proccing for a refreshable 8s after 4 hits within 3s or for for 21s after being revived (10s and 23s enhanced) to boost damage by ×1.08, and Handling and Reload Speed by +50 with a ×0.8 reload animation scalar. Alternatively The Willing Vessel origin trait generates up to 5 stacks of a slowly decaying buff on dealing damage and kills, to boost Stability, Handling and Reload Speed. If you're interested, the name connects to the theatrical framing and truth-revealing motifs of Episode: Heresy. Recommended MW: Charge Time, with a Backup Mag or Charge Time mod or your preferred choice to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds.
