Techeun Force is as adaptive, which are rated F-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic being a "strict downgrade from high-impact and precision frames for boss damage". The frame intrinsic offers built in Anti-Barrier but offers no bonuses beyond being "well-rounded, reliable and sturdy" as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are good by comparison with its peers - you can see them at https://destiny.report/w/3591141932/techeun-force and hopefully https://d2foundry.gg/w/3591141932 will show how weapon stats impact in-game performance when the site is back up and running. The Recoil Direction is to the right and loose so look for a barrel perk that helps with recoil control together with any other stat that you want to bump. As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced or Ionized Battery gets you 7 or the max of 8 shots respectively. While losing out to precision and high-impact frames for total boss damage, if you wanted one for ease of use, then in the first column, Rewind Rounds refills 60% of hits landed (70% when enhanced) from reserves when the battery empties. Otherwise, you could overflow the battery with Reconstruction to refill 25% of the battery every 6s (5.5s when enhanced), overflowing to 200% of capacity, or Envious Assassin to overflow the battery to up to ×3 capacity at 10% of mag size per kill with primary weapons and 20% with heavies (12.5%/22.5% when enhanced) before readying, to preload almost all of your reserves. In the second column, for damage, Aggregate Charge, particularly on a Prismatic build, provides a stack for each different elemental debuff up to ×3 stacks to boost damage by a max ×1.3 (×1.33 enhanced), with each stack lasting as long as the debuff is active. Otherwise, Controlled Burst reduces charge time to ×0.9 and boosts damage by ×1.2 for 2s (2.5s when enhanced) after a kill or landing all the bolts in a burst. The Explosive Pact origin trait stacks up to ×5 on grenade ability usage to boost Stability and Reload Speed for 7.5s, so isn't that useful for boss damage, unfortunately. If you're interested, the name directly connects to Awoken tech-witches and Queen Mara Sov's inner circle, representing the channeled paracausal energy of the Techeuns. Recommended MW: Charge Time, with a Charge Time mod or your preferred choice to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds.

As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced Battery gets you to 7 shots. For dealing with groups of Minor adds, in the first trait perk column Threat Detector procs per enemy within 15m up to ×2 stacks, with two stacks providing +40 Stability, +60 Reload Speed with a ×0.81 animation scalar and +100 Handling (+44, +64 and +100 respectively, when enhanced. In the second column, Voltshot applies Arc Jolt to the next target you hit within 7s (8s when enhanced), after a reload within 5.3s of a kill, for additional damage to the target on further hits plus AoE chain lightning damage on nearby enemies. The Nanotech Tracer Missile origin trait generates a tracking elemental micro missile for extra damage for landing 3 bursts on a target within 6s of each other - with a 2s cooldown. The Explosive Pact origin trait stacks up to ×5 on grenade ability usage to boost Stability and Reload Speed for 7.5s.
