The frame intrinsic offers built in Anti-Unstoppable, but no other benefit as per the Destiny Data Compendium. The recoil direction is just vertical and quite tight, so you can improve recoil control or look to boost Stability to help hit crits with the barrel perk, or just boost Handling if you can land your shots. In the magazine perk slot, perks that improve mag size or Reload Speed work best for a boss damage roll. For general add clearing, you have a range of magazine refilling perks in the first trait perk column - Rewind Rounds, Demolitionist and Subsistence - to choose from, as well as double damage with Firefly that also boosts reload, Destabilizing Rounds for Void volatility, or Redirection.
