The recoil direction is vertical and reasonably tight so you could improve recoil control or just look to boost Stability to help hit crits, or Handling if you can land your shots. As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced Battery with Backup Mag gets you the maximum of 7 shots. For your anti-Champion roll, there's not much that helps in the first trait perk column - Field Prep grants +50 Reload Speed with a ×0.8 animation scalar to both reload and ready/stow when crouched, and bumps Ammo Generation by +30 (+55 Reload Speed and +40 Ammo Generation when enhanced). In the second column for the "stun every Champion" roll, Chill Clip applies +60 stacks of slow (freezing targets after 2 hits) within a 4m AoE for 4s on a hit - 8s with Whisper of Durance - with ammo in the top half of the base battery size. You'll pierce Barriers with the frame intrinsic, disrupt Overloads with Slow, and shattering after freezing an Unstoppable will stun it, so you can handle all champion types with one weapon. The Ambush origin trait improves both Range and Handling by +20 (+22 enhanced) and damage by ×1.088 for 2s after first dealing or receiving damage, or Veist Stinger provides a 10% chance per hit to refill 25% of the magazine.
