The frame intrinsic offers built in Anti-Unstoppable, ×0.8 accuracy cone size and ×0.83 accuracy cone growth when moving 2.8m/s or less (crouch walking speed) as per the Destiny Data Compendium. The recoil direction is right of vertical but pretty tight so you could improve recoil control or look to boost Stability to help hit crits, or Handling if you can land your shots. In the magazine perk slot, perks that improve Reload Speed or mag size are the best available. For use against tougher adds, pin the first column Demolitionist generates chunk grenade ability energy on kills and an instant magazine refill on grenade use. In the second column for damage, Killing Tally gains a stack for each enemy killed up to ×3 to boost damage by up to ×1.3 until you reload or stow or, if you're in a fireteam, Firing Line boosts crit damage by ×1.2 when you're within 15m of two or more allies. Alternatively, Firefly procs a 4m AoE Solar explosion on a crit kill plus +50 Reload Speed for 6s - this counts as weapon damage so can proc weapon traits like Demolitionist with a kill. Aegis ranks the Runneth Over origin trait as B-Tier - in a fireteam, it acts a bit like Clown Cartridge on a manual reload, increasing magazine capacity by 10% for each nearby ally to a max 50%.
